This Financial Privacy Notice explains how InetMotorso collects, uses, discloses, and protects nonpublic personal information related to dealership financing, leasing, credit, prequalification, or other financial services.
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes our online financial-information practices. It does not replace a formal financial privacy notice that must be delivered separately.
Financial Information We May Collect
When you apply for or ask about financing, leasing, credit, or prequalification, we may collect information you provide directly, information generated during the application process, and information received from lenders, consumer reporting agencies, verification providers, fraud-prevention providers, or other third parties involved in the transaction.
- Identifiers and contact details, such as name, address, email address, phone number, and device identifiers.
- Application information, such as selected vehicle, down payment, amount financed, and requested term, income, employment, housing, Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license information.
- Verification, fraud-prevention, compliance, account history, and transaction information.
- Credit-related information when you authorize a credit application, verification, credit inquiry, or lender submission.
We save finance information only when you intentionally submit the form. We do not save abandoned or partially completed entries.
Finance workflows are for adults. If you submit information about a co-applicant or cosigner, you must be authorized to do so, and each person must provide any applicable credit authorization.
When you authorize prequalification, we may obtain credit information through a soft inquiry, which generally does not affect your credit score and is not final approval.
When you provide the applicable authorization, we may obtain consumer reports through one or more hard inquiries, which may affect your credit score.
How We Use Financial Information
- To process, review, verify, and respond to financing, leasing, credit, or prequalification requests.
- To route information to lenders, finance companies, or other partners that may review or process an application.
- To verify identity, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
- To keep records, operate dealership workflows, handle disputes, and support audit or compliance needs.
- To communicate with you about your request, transaction, account, or related services.
The website technology provider processes information on the dealership's behalf and does not make dealership or lender credit decisions. Decisions, adverse-action reasons, and dispute rights may be explained in separate notices from the appropriate parties.
How We Share Financial Information
We may disclose nonpublic personal financial information as needed to process or administer a request or transaction you request, respond to your inquiry, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, enforce agreements, or as otherwise permitted by law.
- Lenders, finance companies, lease providers, and other finance partners that review or process applications.
- Service providers that support the website, CRM, DMS, lead management, verification, fraud prevention, security, storage, communications, compliance, and recordkeeping.
- Dealership affiliates, where applicable and as permitted by law.
- Authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when needed to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and integrity.
We may share the minimum information necessary with identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers. We do not use photos, documents, voice, or other data to create biometric identifiers unless that feature is separately reviewed, approved, and disclosed.
We do not use or disclose sensitive financial information for advertising, analytics, marketing, session replay, ordinary chat, SMS, or email. We may use secure transactional channels to complete the authorized request. We do not permit uses outside the requested transaction, necessary services, security, compliance, legal requirements, or another authorized scope.
Your Choices

A request cannot prevent processing or disclosures necessary to complete or administer a requested transaction, maintain security, comply with law, or serve other permitted purposes.
Security and Retention
